Booked a haircut with Olivia and she was so professional and friendly. I immediately felt relaxed. She listened and wanted to understand my hair and hopes for the cut and it built the trust and rapport quickly. The wash was lovely with her explaining products and the cut was fab. It feels healthy again that I've now booked in for a colour which I can't wait for! couldn't recommend Olivia enough.

Olivia is amazing. I came to Olivia after a terrible experience when someone dyed my hair essentially black and chopped it all off (neither was what I asked for!) Olivia took things slowly and bit by bit my confidence came back. That was 4 years ago, and have been with Olivia ever since for my 8-weekly colour and cut (plus amazing head massage and hair mask!)
