Booking system was really easy and simple to use. The Salon was busy but the staff were fantastic. They opened the door for me when they saw I was pushing a buggy. Were really calm and used fantastic communication with my little boy. Took notes of the haircut preference for next time. We're super polite, helpful, speedy and efficient. Would highly recommend.

"Great" isn't a good enough rating for this salon. The salon is clean and inviting, Victoria is friendly and professional, and certainly knows her craft. My hair looks amazing. Tea, coffee and cold drinks offered and lovely little biscuits. I really felt pampered and well looked after. So happy I found this lovely little salon.

I had a great experience at this hairdresser. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The cut was precise, and the finish was stylish without being overdone. The salon was clean and welcoming, and I felt relaxed throughout. I’ll definitely be returning!

I was absolutely over the moon with my son's appointment at Fidgets. We were seen by Bobby and I honestly couldn't say anything bad about the whole experience. I was nervous going to a new salon as my son's hair had been cut previously at a local hairdressers and it was not great but not only didn't Bobby manage to save it she made it look amazing. My son was totally at ease and enjoyed the snacks and iPad to keep him occupied and he was just as happy as I was when we left. I travelled about 40 to get there and will definitely be doing it again it's well worth the time and money!

First time having my hair cut here. Helen doesn't rush you into a quick decision, she talks you through styles suitable for your hair density. Lovely products used throughout and very pleased with the cut. Have already booked my next appointment. Added bonus of having her two gorgeous dogs in the salon to greet you 😀

Absolutely amazing salon! My daughter was so nervous and scared to have her 1st haircut but also wanted a good 3-4 inches off, she was adamant! The whole salon was so friendly and although really busy it was so relaxed! The staff were kind and friendly to us and in the end my little one relaxed and had her hair cut, a little plait in the front and some glitter spray added. We booked the 1st haircut package and she recieved a certificate, envelope with her hair in and a lolly. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend x

Great Salon Greatly recommend sensory room haircut for children who don't like haircuts. My son managed so well during the haircut and the staff was very professional and skillful and aware of his sensory needs. 5 starts!!!

Cannot begin to put into words how incredible this salon is! I have been multiple times and only trust Fidgets to cut the girls hair! My eldest has additional needs and harcuts are incredibly challenging for her and the staff are always so patient and caring towards her even when she wont sit still and is constantly moving her head. Her little sister had her first haircut here today and their package is fantastic! If you go for their first haircut package you get to keep their hair and get a certificate for a keepsake. We travel around 30 minutes to go this this salon.

Really good haircut for my little girl. She sits still fine, but I find that a lot of salons are not interested in kids haircuts, you either can't get an appointment or if you do, it's a crappy job done in a rush. We'll definitely be back here! Thank you

Really appreciate the speed and connection to our son. He screamed the place down but the salon was able to cut his hair within 4 minutes. That's Including styling. Will be a regular for our son

Chantelle is great - lovely, so professional and friendly. Always listens to my ideas for styles and is brilliant with my very thick and difficult hair! Always look forward to coming in for a haircut and love the salon.

Chantelle was amazing I left feeling really please with my hair. She gave such good advice about the after care and up keep of my hair. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming you can’t not have a good experience everything about the salon is amazing and it has such a chilled vibe to it.

Left the salon with my hair exactly how I wanted it! Victoria talked me through exactly what she was going to do on my consultation including a price and again the day of getting my hair done, just incase I changed my mind on what my goal was. The salon is so cosy and clean! Victoria is so friendly and easy to talk to, she made sure I was okay through the process as it was quite lengthly as it was pretty much a colour correction. Can’t wait to go back during summer for a top up on my toner! Thanks so much
