Always a pleasure visiting Alessia for a cut, colour and a blow dry. She is a colour genius, gives the best head massages and fantastic blowdries that lasts for days! She is also the nicest person to talk, very relaxed and sweet. I wouldn't go anywhere else, as she takes very good care of me and my hair. I have very frizzy, difficult Haro to manage, but when I am out of the salon, wow, I look a million bucks! Thanks and see you soon Alessia

I had a lovely experience from start to finish with Jess. She took great care with my hair, made me feel relaxed and that I was in good hands. I especially appreciate the way she handled my hair when detangling which is something I'm usually worried about when getting my hair done at a salon. This salon is consistently excellent. Today I went for my highlights, toner and blowdry and the prices are excellent for such a high end establishment. The service that I receive from the moment I walk in the door is outstanding and the entire team are true professionals. I always come out with hair that looks amazing, having had highly skilled stylists working on my hair. They really are specialists, and can do any job with hair to a high standard. The pleasant and friendly team always make you look and feel great, and I will always return to Orange Chat for my hair.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

A long time favourite for me and my two teenage boys. Professional, kind, welcoming Polish team. The haircut for all three of our very different hair styles always exceeds expectations. The salon is spotless, sparkling clean and expertly equipped. The location in the heart of Twickenham is perfect. Card payments, online bookings etc make a huge difference from the many 'cash only' blunt scissors & grimy comb outfits in Twickenham! I will keep coming back!

It was so nice to visit the salon today after neglecting my hair for a while. Sahar did my babylights and cut, Monika did the all over tint and Bradley washed my hair and provided some light hearted chat. It was a nice way to spend a couple of hours on a Thursday afternoon :)

It’s always a lovely experience having my hair done by Irinia, she is an excellent hairdresser. But it’s the whole experience of going to the salon , always decorated nicely, fresh flowers around the salon, lovely welcoming atmosphere always clean and smells lovely. Irinia is very friendly, listens to what you want and offers advice . Love this salon!

Excellent!! She has been my hairdresser for a long time. She always understands what I want and each time I leave the salon feeling gorgeous.

I am a longstanding client and always enjoy coming to the salon where I get a good haircut/blow dry by Ron and some pleasant chat.

I had a last minute appointment with Kayleigh McConnachie. From the moment I stepped into the salon it was an amazing experience. I told Kayleigh my concerns about my hair and she gave me an amazing consultation which I have never had before. We decided on a bob cut which I love, my hair feels so much better!
