This was my first visit to Caroline's salon after having to find a new hairdresser as my usual hairdresser has been ill for some time. Caroline made me feel very welcome. She took the time to ask what I wanted and offered solutions to make my hair easier to manage. She also asked how much I would like off the length and didn't take more than I wanted. I was very pleased with the cut. If my usual hairdresser retires through ill health, I will definitely be making another appointment. Thank you
