Lovely as usual. Hollie has been my stylist since i moved to Baldock two years and sadly now I am moving again out of the area and too far for resists. I only hope i find someone as kind caring and professional as she is. The shop itself is pristine warm and always welcoming and I will miss it

I had a very pleasant experience at Tou’s. Hollie was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut. It was amazing, I was so happy with it. She asked if I wanted it straightened at the end to which I said yes please, as I was a bit hesitant in asking. My only disappointment was when paying, it went up £6 as I wasn’t expecting this, it was apparently a restyle and I didn’t challenge this at the time. I was new to Tou’s and booked a dry cut through the website. I think it’s best to advise the client of a price increase at the start when I told her what I wanted. Otherwise all ok!
