I was greeted on arrival. Staff that I had contact with were very pleasant. Shannon ran through what I wanted done before I had my hair washed. She then cut my hair exactly as I asked and the timing of the whole appointment was spot on. I'm a bit nervous of going to a hairdresser but I was definitely put at ease and had a pleasant experience. I shall return.

I had a good experience with Holly. She was lovely and very friendly throughout my appointment. My hair was cut a bit shorter than I originally intended, but I still liked the end result. During our chat, I mentioned that I am trying to stop dyeing my hair and let my natural grey grow through, but was finding the process quite hard, and she was incredibly encouraging and told me to stick at it, which was so nice of her. I would happily return here for another haircut with Holly.

My hair is very thick and I was really pleased with how it was thinned out and how lovely it looked ! I can't remember the name of the stylist I had, but she knew exactly how to deal with my type of hair and she was such a friendly lady. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. 😊

The customer service is exceptional. Being my first time here, I wasn't sure of what to expect but I was so delighted with my braids whenitwas done! The stylist is very friendly at the same time professional. My sister and I were given a warm welcome and made comfortable. I didn't feel any tightness on my scalp . Honestly, I will recommend her to my family, friends and colleagues.
