Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

I had a wonderful 1st appointment at Allanah Watson Hair today. Arrah and Allanah were both so polite and welcoming and put me at ease when I came in. I was looking to tone my hair down darker and knew it would take time but Arrah was great, very helpful with her recommendations on hair tone. She took her time and made sure I was 100% happy with my hair colour. I was delighted with the outcome and so happy with how fresh it looks. I would definitely be returning and would highly recommend this salon to family and friends.

It is always a great experience at Scott's. The hairdresser I see is Isaac and he is very professional always up for a chat. The atmosphere in the salon is always very friendly and the overall experience is first class.

This was my first visit to the salon. It was a cut and blow dry. Came in looking a bit the worse for wear, left on cloud nine. Could not be happier. This is a wonderful salon. Warm welcoming with great attention to detail. As well as a fabulous haircut I came away feeling relaxed and cared for. If you are looking for a professional service with a personal touch I highly recommend this salon.

Ashleigh is such a knowledgable hairdresser and you know you’re in safe hands. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your hair. She will give you the best, honest advice and not try to upsell anything. It’s such a lovely salon and you feel super relaxed. I’m excited for more appointments in the future, thank you!
