Amber has completely transformed my hair over the past year. I absolutely love her doing my hair it always looks perfect and we have got to a place where the colour is exactly how I want it. She has also converted me to tape extensions and they have been a game changer! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amber… she is the best 🤍🤍🤍

My hair was quite badly damaged from colouring at another salon (not Makeup Box!) and I was made to feel at ease that the damage would be repaired. Had all my split ends cut off and my hair looks so much healthier already!

Was so nervous having a complete change of my hair (from black box dye) Gerry was so friendly and amazing at what she does made me feel really comfortable and I trusted her 1000% x i will definitely be returning to her soon :-) x really happy with everything she did for me today x I also get my eyelashes done with Bryony who is also amazing at what she does and have always been over the moon with her work x and yet another great set of lash infills today x They are all such a lovely bunch of people that work in this salon (and the coffee is 5* haha) x Thankyou everyone xxx

Felicity always makes me feel like a princess every time I’m there and I will never go anywhere else. The salon is so pretty and welcoming and it always feels like a treat just being in there. Oh and I LOVE my hair! Seriously felt invincible walking down the street today with my bouncy new hair and people turning left and right to look at it xxx

Gerry was absolutely amazing. Took the time to understand fully what I wanted and talked me through all the steps and terminology - something I really appreciated so I know what to ask for again! And she did such a beautiful balayage colour, making it look so natural! So very happy with my hair

I have followed Jake since he was training in Norwich. There is no one else I would ever go to for my hair. He is personable, professional, and the result is always spectacular. I get so many compliments on my hair afterwards. Not only does everyone else think it looks great, he makes me feel so special and glamorous. He is such a gem and I would be absolutely hard pressed to find anyone else as stellar as he is. I’m so glad I know him before he inevitably becomes famous and forgets who I am! I highly recommend! ♥️♥️♥️
