Ashleigh did a wonderful job lightening my rather dark hair. She absolutely nailed the challenge of camouflaging my early greys. After years of dark box dye I was nervous to go lighter but trusted the team at The Hair Lounge to help me achieve my vision whilst keeping my hair in as good a condition as possible. I left the salon with a big smile on my face, much lighter hair and a tone which suited my hair. I can’t thank Ashleigh enough (and Phil for his advice too)! Rosie completed the look with some gorgeous curls. Thank you team Hair Lounge!

This was my first time at the new salon and my second sitting going from box black to blonde. I managed to get an appointment with Holly during the Christmas period which I was so happy with. Holly did a fantastic job of my hair and managed to get a lot of the brassy colours out, tidy up cut and a blow dry finished with wavy hair. I was impressed how Holly took her time and was extremely gentle with my hair, I nearly fell asleep it was that relaxing! I will definitely be booking again with Holly in the future, such a pleasant experience. Thank you for my Christmas hair ! 🎄❤️ Joanne

Amazing professional service from Caroline today. I go to the salon every three weeks to have my hair cut by Phil. Being going since he started and class him as a friend now. He is professional patient and all done with a good laugh, he needs it with me as I change my mind like the weather 😁, he is so busy I book my appointments for the year. It takes time for that trust to build, when you get it wow, you get fab hair.

Fantastic experience! I went here for my first haircut in at least 5 years and was quite anxious, the team were lovely and really friendly making me feel really comfortable. The lady that washed my hair (sorry I’d didn’t catch her name) was fantastic and was extremely careful making sure water didn’t go in my ears after saying I have issues with this due to chronic ear infections. A beautiful haircut and the whole salon had suck a lovely feel to it. After 5 years of not having my hair done I am now heading back in January to get a it coloured. I would fully recommend!

Hannah was fabulous as always and got me in to retouch a few dark spots on my hair line. Thanks Han, it’s lovely 🩷 The owners aren’t too friendly, which is a bit of a shame! Neither said ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ and criticised my hair in front of a full salon which is super unprofessional.

Today was the first time I had my hair done in a salon I told holly what it was I wanted and I was not disappointed. She even helped improving on what I had said to suit me. I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve had I will be returning in the future!
