Brilliant customer service, very friendly, efficient and excellent at their profession. I had my hair and eye brows waxed and throughout my first time going was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout my time and my hair and eyebrows look amazing. Would highly recommend and next time I'm in Carmarthen I will be visiting again. Thanks ladies 😊👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emily is a wonderful stylist who made me feel at ease, listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions when I didn't know what was best. All the staff were accommodating. Wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Emily! My daughter has ADHD and usually finds it really hard to sit still for haircuts, but Emily was absolutely amazing with her. She immediately struck up a conversation, made her feel completely at ease, and somehow managed to keep her engaged the entire time — she sat still for the whole cut! She was so patient, kind, and genuinely understanding. My daughter is obsessed with her curls and hasn’t stopped smiling. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend Emily, especially for anyone with little ones who need that extra bit of patience.

As always it was a lovely treat for Mum and I to visit la’torias and well worth the hours drive in pouring rain. Fabulous haircuts Meg and thank you to all the staff for their friendly, kind manor with Mum and help with wheelchair etc. 🫶🏻

Killing a little time in Carmarthen I walked in on the spare of a moment decision.A hair stylist immediately came to my aid and it was Victoria who came and gave me a free a free hair style consultation. We discussed options and I booked a perm alittle time after my holiday arrangement. This week was the appointment date with Angie being the stylist and being referred to has the perm queen. I was a little taken back with how busy the Hair Salon was got greeted on time and they busily got to work after discussing what I wanted to achieve. Desired results beat my expectations.

I travel from Ammanford to the salon for my tape-in extensions, and will always continue to travel the distance!! My hair has GROWN and improved from being dry, brittle and damaged, to finally growing past my collar bones!! I struggle finding a stylist that listens to my needs, and executes to perfection - and the vibes are immaculate, if you’re seeking a calm, unfiltered experience.. with the bonus of a view, amazing knowledge and skill! In line with p.partum hairloss, Chloe has modified our usual tape placements to suit my new hair needs, and I am so grateful! Finally feel like me again!
