I've been coming to the Hair Emporium since Abid opened as he's the best around and such a lovely guy too. Firstly the salon is very stylish after he redesigned the space and it has such a welcoming feel. He's also invested in a cracking coffee machine to make sure all his customers get the very best experience from start to finish (and the coffee is top notch). Abid always listens closely to what you want from your cut and gives advice to get the right style. He always does a brilliant job and that's because he takes the time to get it right and doesn't rush anyone. Best barber around!

Claire is a hairdresser that actually listens to her client, also advises her client to achieve the perfect haircut. Good consultation before hand. I'm pretty particular about my hair and after my hairdresser of 15 years changing jobs, I've struggled to find somewhere I feel comfortable. I explained to Megan at the start about my previous cuts & experiences, and that this was my first curly cut. I felt heard when I explained my curly pattern, understood and trusted when I asked for a disconnected cut with plenty of length taken off, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person! Chloe is extremely thorough and professional. From having the patch test done, a chat about what is achievable with my hair, recommending a colour that will work and look so much nicer, as well as products/tricks that will improve my curls. Chloe is very patient, knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome and at total ease the moment you walk into the salon. Chloe worked her magic during my appointment and ensured all of my ‘wisdom hair’ were completely covered and I was extremely happy with my colour and styling. Amazing value for money and totally worth the twenty mile journey to see her.
