Kelly is hands-down the best hairdresser in Beccles; she’s kind, welcoming and always provides an excellent service. Couldn’t recommend her enough - I feel a million bucks after Kelly has done my hair!

Since January 2025, I've been working with Laura on a personalized skincare plan. After just three Carboxy sessions, I'm thrilled with the results - my pigment spots have significantly faded, and my pores are noticeably smaller. Today, I tried Vtox for the first time, and it felt like a non-surgical facelift - my skin was lifted and tightened. The drive from Norwich to Beccles was well worth it to experience Laura's expertise and achieve these amazing results.

The lovely Tom has been styling my hair for years. I hope he never gives up or moves away! He’s such a lovely, positive young man. As an older larger lady, I can honestly say that I have never once felt that I was looked up and down or judged. I have fine thin hair and not everyone can deal with that. I am always pleased with what Tom does for me and it falls into place until I go the next time. Decent hairdos are not cheap these days, but Tom at VOS proves you get what you pay for! Thank you, Tom! Looking forward to next time and more chats and giggles xx
