Just had a sports massage and honestly, it was the best one I’ve ever had. Keenan really took the time to focus on the areas that needed work and I went from not being able move my neck to being visibly more mobile in one session. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been recommending Anastasia to my friends and family as I’m so pleased with the outcome following my 1st appointment. I was suffering with a tight calf and painful feet. Ryan is excellent at what he does. He has a very broad knowledge of the body. He has a very good approach to enabling you to recover. He is also very enthusiastic and gives 110%. I always feel better after a session and more confident I can over come the issues I went with.

I’ve been training with Adam for a few months now and honestly can’t recommend him enough. As a gay personal trainer in Manchester, he creates such a safe, welcoming space. His sessions are tailored, motivating and inclusive – perfect whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness. It’s rare to find someone who understands your goals and your identity. I’ve been seeing Ryan for a few months, initially for knee/joint pain, which was causing a lot of discomfort.
