I had a deep tissue massage with Devrim yesterday, and it was fantastic. It was quite intense at times, but she really worked out the tension and knots. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and Devrim was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. I feel so much better today — looser, lighter, and refreshed. Highly recommend her if you want a proper, effective massage that makes a real difference.

Devrim is nothing short of spectacular. Such a skilled and gifted masseuse. She’s got the perfect pressure and knows exactly how to work the muscles to get rid of those stubborn knots. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Will come again and again 🌸

I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

Great experience! I had a football match last night so using the recovery equipment today was very much needed. Friendly staff too and I’m looking forward to returning in the next couple weeks.

I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Amazing recovery centre. Fitted out with the latest, luxury, cutting edge equipment. Great layout design , very spacious amd airy and has a very clean and sleek aesthetic. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend !

I had a great experience, The massage chair was amazing and I really enjoyed the cryotherapy. I’m definitely going back for the oxygen treatment. I was seen by a young lady called Kieron, she was really helpful and informative which added to my great experience. ❤️👊🏾

Clean facilities was a breath of fresh air. Chamber was cold! But fun and manageable especially with the music you could choose.

The staff here are so clear, welcoming, and friendly! They made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. I especially loved the red light therapy — it was relaxing and refreshing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
