I have chronic social anxiety, so visiting a new hairdresser was a huge step for me. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and reassuring. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which means more than I can say! I was given lots of helpful advice about my hair, and everything was explained clearly. Most importantly, I absolutely love my hair! I left feeling confident and happy. Such a positive experience! Thank you so much for making what felt scary to me such a lovely, comfortable visit.
