Eka face masaj sportiv, nu te vei relaxa atunci pe moment, ba chiar îți va veni să urli de durere, dar e plăcut după, mai ales după câteva zile. Practic vei face febră musculară ca după un antrenament foarte intens, poate chiar vei fi vânăt. Dupa masaj ar trebui sa te simți mai ușor, cu dureri ca de bătaie, nu aceleași dureri ca înainte dar mai ușor. Din nou, după câteva zile te simți clar mai bine ca înainte (asta evident daca problemele tale sunt de natură musculară).
