I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Did my powder brows and touch up with Jaclyn who is amazing! Perfect shape and colour. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend Jaclyn at Grimsby location as she is experienced and does an excellent job! Thanks Jaclyn.

Great service from everyone the minute you walk in the door. Also, Nancy makes the best London Fog. And my nail artist Kelly, always happy to see her and the finished art she does with my nails. Cannot say enough about Lux Nail zbeauty Nar-Grimsby.

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Dahlay is absolutely amazing! She is the only one I trust doing my nails, she kills it every single time. She pays so much attention to detail and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for! I had Nicole for my gel polish manicure and she did a fantastic job. Her attention to detail was incredible, the application was flawless . I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee which was delicious and added to my experience! I will absolutely be returning to see Nicole!

David is quick, I’m always thrilled with my nails and he always checks in every step of the way to make sure I’m happy with the length, shape, and colour. I feel comfortable telling him if I need something changed. Can’t recommend David enough!

I had my manicure and pedicure done by Tony and I couldn’t be happier! He was very gentle, precise, and paid attention to every detail. The whole experience was so relaxing and my nails turned out beautiful. You can tell he really cares about his work. Highly recommend asking for Tony!

Good experience. It would be nice to have either a coat rack or someone taking our coats so we didn't have to sit with them. Also, my daughter asked not to have shellac polish, but they still used it. Not terrible, just a little annoying.

Natalia is my eyebrows girl and she is very good at tint, wax and shape . Very nice conversations and friendly. So if you need a stop after Coscto or Superstore and get them looking great .

This was my first time at Lux Nail Salon and I had such a great experience. Mike was incredibly kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and collagen pedicure. I’m usually very picky with my nails, but he absolutely did not disappoint. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. From the moment you walk into the salon to the time you leave, everything feels relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Mike!
