I was very apprehensive about coming in for my appointment however it was an amazing opportunity to meet with my technician. She was incredibly calm and kind and explained the process fully and was wonderfully empathetic, resulting in me leaving after the consultation feeling totally reassured and looking forward to my microblading appointment in late July or as soon as I am able to be booked in. Had a LVL & Brow Lamination with Emma, who was friendly and welcoming. Really pleased with the results. I have fairly sparse eyebrow tails due to a thyroid condition so wasn't sure how well a lamination would work on me, however my brows look fab, deffo a pick me up between microblading top-ups.

Kerrie is super professional and very nice as well! I have been coming for vaxing for years, have also done electrolysis to remove chin hair, and eyebrows microblading a couple of times. Kerrie always explains everything she does, gives good advice, and her beauty room is done to a high standard.

I am very insecure when it comes to my eyebrows and honestly i’ve had some horrible experiences, i was genuinely nervous letting someone do my eyebrows, ive been following her for a while so i knew she was amazing!! from the minute i walked in and explained to her my situation not only did she reassure me but she literally gave me perfect eyebrows my biggest problem is that they’re no where near symmetrical and she assured me that we will make it work and she killed it😍 I definitely recommend her to everyone!! I face her insta post do not do her enough justice. I love my eyebrows thank youuu!

Really great, no post-application sting and usually my eyes stream a LOT when I get lashes done so its mostly an unpleasant experience for me. But I was very pleased with what Kay did for me, great lashes, didn't feel a thing! Already my fave lash tech :)

Over the last 6/7 years I've had a variety of treatments from Kerrie. She is extremely professional, always does a perfect job and her beauty room is great. After much deliberation and stalling on my part I've recently had my eyebrows done - micropigmentation, (or semi permanent makeup or micro blading whichever you care to call it) I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I'm way past my first flush of youth and my eyebrows no longer framed my face, they do now! I was apprehensive but very glad I had it done. Irritating rather than painful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for treatments.
