My experience at Vividerm hairspa was really good. I used to avoid facials because my skin gets damaged quickly but Alexia gave me a facial with a customised plan which was really good and my skin was glowing and I will get my facial there in future too.

I just had the most incredible facial with Natalie at NL Artistry! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing—I think I even drifted off for a second. My skin feels deeply hydrated and has a glow I haven’t seen in months. If you’re looking for a boost of confidence and some 'me time,' I highly recommend their sculpt and glow facial!

I always feel so good after I leave Natalie. Once I mentioned to her that I was having these aches on the edges of my ears. Natalie started doing an ear massage with every facial service. My aches disappeared!!! Lately I have been waking up with the back of my neck,going into my head and my shoulders very tight which was leading to sometimes waking up with a migraine. Natalie, did an awesome little massage on my neck, head and shoulders, still also doing the ear massage AND my regularly scheduled facial! Natalie takes such good care of my face and body. She is simply amazing!

Nat always exceeds my expectations and leaves me feeling not only glowy and refreshed from my facial, but like I left a healing session. She's intuitive and passionate about the work she does and it shows in her services. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more personalized and relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The space is beautiful, relaxing, and intimate. Being a home-based salon made the whole experience feel much more calm and personalized compared to the rushed atmosphere you sometimes find in larger clinics. The treatment felt tailored to my concerns and you can tell there is genuine care, skill, and thought put into every step of the experience. Every little touch, from the heated bed to the tea, made the experience feel luxurious and comfortable.

I've been struggling with acne since high school, and after doctors prescribed me expensive products that didn't work. Alexia was able to actually look at my skin, and come up with a skincare plan customized for me and my skin. I've been getting the 02 Acne Therapy treatments and recently started the skincare routine she recommended for me, using Circadia has improved drastically. I went from worrying about if my acne would ever be under control to now having minimal to no breakouts. I highly recommend Vividerm's services.
