My massage and facial was an absolute unique experience. One I have never had before. And believe me, I have had many massages and facials. The tiny resort is an absolute dream and the service from the get go was phenomenal. My therapist took me into another world. And she put so much love and time in her work, her energy was beautiful. Her technique throughout the whole process was amazing, like a fluid dance. There was a few times when I fell asleep but realised I was in the brain waves of gamma state. Pure relaxing meditation. Thank you so much for everything. I will be back. Xox

My mum and I were late. The ladies made us feel so welcome. My mums first facial and she loved it. Our wax treatments after facials (mums before) were very professional and felt great. This was not my first visit, but was mums. We will definitely return soon. Thank you ladies!! 🌺💕

I had the most blissful 2 hour massage and facial. It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. My therapist, Cassie was absolutely exceptional. The facial was the best I have ever had, my skin felt incredible and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The facilities are beautiful, with peaceful, immaculately maintained gardens that create an instant sense of calm. I can’t recommend Swan Valley Retreat highly enough, I’ll definitely be back!

The therapist carefully analyzed my skin and recommended the right treatment for my needs. The facial was very relaxing, and the products used felt high quality. I received a birthday voucher for this beautiful place, and went in the floatation cubicle which was so peaceful, had the most amazing lunch platter in a wonderful cabin overlooking the garden, then had a luxurious 2 hour treatment with Jackie, consisting of a full body massage and a facial including scalp and neck massage. I came away feeling so relaxed, in my zen and not really wanting to leave. I managed to read in my lunch break and just unwind. My whole body feels rejuvenated and refreshed. Thank you 🙏

I cant recommend Jade enough she was warm and friendly and her skill as a therapists was amazing, I had a massage, body scrub and facial and was truly a relaxing/pampering treatment. My skin was glowing!

Having Just Completed the Three-Day Retreat and Brookleigh, I am still on Cloud 9. Everything was amazing from the food, the comfort of the accommodation and all the little extra special touches, was more than I ever expected. I enjoyed my time at Bali Spa. I went for a relaxing 60min facial. The bed was warmed up and lights were dimmed for an ultimate relaxing experience while getting my facial treatment. Loved it!
