Beautiful in home salon. Very neat and clean. Shannon is very professional and knows what she's doing. You can also tell her exactly what you do and don't like and she'll listen. I started to come in for lashes, which were done perfectly. But lashes, although I love the look, were not for me and so I started to use the growth serum and after, lash tint/curl treatments. I am so happy every time it's done!

The place is very clean and the lash technician was very professional. She explained everything and helped me pick the right look of lashes for me. Highly recommend this place.

My experience was a 10/10! Kim was very professional and she made me feel comfortable. I have previously had a brow/lash lift and she was much quicker and more skilled than other estheticians I have worked with in the past. I will definitely be going back!

The whole experience was amazing! The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming and were patient with me as I make the very important decision of which colour to choose for my pedicure. Can’t wait to go back!

I go every 3 weeks and have for a long time now and I have a good experience very consistent and they are always willing to offer advice when I can’t choose my colour 😉 The owner is very friendly extremely knowledgeable about his products and they are always willing to help when I break a nail 🤦‍♀️ the staff are quiet but efficient I highly recommend them I have been to many places before my schedule changed to allow to make my appointments in advance and always ended up back here!! I will never leave again lol when you know you know! Thank you for always being my go to 💜

They are so friendly, and all do amazing work .I have went to many lash places and hands down they do the best work. They last well and look beautiful I've also got my eyebrows down and am extremely happy with them. I'm going to get them touched up and can't wait for the 100% finished look. I am also thinking about getting eyeliner done. It is amazing to wake up and not have to do make up. I recommend them for anything you need done. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience with Angela today. Thoroughly enjoyed my shellac manicure absolutely love the color we finally settled on. Such a pretty pink. Looking forward to a Pedicure next time. Highly recommend The Blu Harbour Spa.

Shannon is the best!! She is very professional in a clean, beautiful, in home spa. I went for lash extensions in the first place, had those for a while and later changed into lash curl and tint. All very well done. I always leave happy!!

I've tried many salons in London but have been going to NailBiters for a while now and refuse to go anywhere else! My regular nail tech is Dong and she is fantastic at what she does- always taking her time to make sure my nails are perfect! Highly Recommend!
