Taylor is the sweetest, kindest, funniest (medical wise) lady I have come across, ever! Impeccable manners, always ensures you're prepared for the treatments. The stress balls (or ovaries lol) you can squeeze really do help with the tiny scratches you feel, as areas are numbed. Love that I found Steele Skin, highly, highly recommended! This was my second visit, and I've already got the third one booked in. Im such a happy fifty year old, and I never thought I would say that! Thank you so much, im really, really happy! XX

From start to finish, Taylor made my whole experience amazing. First time using botox, seventy hyal and a non surgical facelift. Im 50, so thought why not. Taylor is such a kind soul, she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in to her clinic. Exceptionally clean, I was kept informed throughout the procedures. I tried the Korean Blue Peel, and let me tell you.. it’s been a game changer for my oil control and acne. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, dealing with stress and persistent acne despite being in my mid-20s. I was initially skeptical about the Blue Peel since I’ve tried so many peels in the past with little improvement, especially for my oily skin. But this one is different! This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. I had my first microneedling treatment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nadia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. A special mention also to Mohammed on reception (I believe that was his name), who was friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
