I had my first lymphatic massage with Rachel and it was such a great experience. She made me feel comfortable straight away and really took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which helped me relax into it. What I didn’t expect was how much more aware of my body I’d feel afterwards. It wasn’t just a “relaxing massage”, it felt really intentional and educational in a way. I can’t recommend Rach enough! She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. Rach explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable.
