The salon was buzzing with customers today, Amy, Tempany and Cortney were amazing. Amy usually is a blonde specialist, however I gave her a challenge today with brunette and highlights. She smashed it out of the ballpark. I fall in love with these ladies and salon more and more every time I go. Hands down the best salon in Ipswich!

I cannot thank Jennifer enough for completing transforming my extremely impulsively messy DIY job ! I started off with very uneven layers and bright orange patches through my curly hair. Jen made me feel so comfortable, I knew I was in good hands from the beginning. She carefully combined the perfect mix of foils and global tint to ensure I get something a little closer to my natural hair, but still get that highlighted look I originally wanted. First time customer and so happy with my haircut and the service. After a chat about what I wanted, Shannon was able to cut and style my long and very thick hair just the way I like it! She also gave me advice on which products would help maintain the frizz and how to manage my hair in between cuts. The wash and head massage before my cut was amazing too. Thank you ladies! 😊

The best hairdresser salon in Ipswich. It’s stylish, clean and a calm atmosphere. The hairdressers are good with both adults and especially children. We will be returning customers!

I don't know where to start. It is the first time I visited this salon and and I would actually double the five stars, if that was possible. Definitely great service from two really gracious ladies, nothing was too much trouble, and made me feel special from the moment I walked in. Having fine hair, it is always a challenge to find a stylist who truly understands how to cut and shape it to maximize volume without losing density. Toni is an absolute expert. She is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. ​On top of her excellent styling skills, the prices at Lilora are so reasonable and affordable. It is wonderful to find such high-quality, professional service that doesn't break the bank. Toni is a fantastic hairdresser.🩷

We struggled to find a salon who understood our family's hair needs. We have a son with gorgeous curls and other salons we visited just cut them off. The sylists at Polaris never compromised his curls during our visits. Will continue to support this salon.
