I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I love Jen's work. I have lived in Toronto for 5 years, and struggled to find a stylist that was on time and consistent. I leave feeling more like myself, (actually even better then when I walked in. Both haircuts I've gotten have been great. I highly recommend her. I am so happy to have found anti-dote.

Teghlior was my hair stylist and she did my hair today it was a balayage and she took her time when working on my hair and she answered all my questions and she was very friendly and very kind and very patient while doing my hair. I highly recommend going to Venus and Victoria Salon and Spa for any of their services. All the staff that work there are so warm and friendly and kind and made me laugh to this place makes 😄 you feel like your family. Next time I come I will need to bring these Italian treats for these lovely ladies.

Catherine was great. I didn’t want to take much length off my hair, and she respected that. Usually, hairdressers cut more than we ask for, and she was perfect. I asked for a soft layered cut and loved the result. Going back for highlights for sure.

Just had my highlights, cut, and style done—and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. Enza listened closely to what I wanted and then worked her magic perfectly for my hair type and style. The cut is fresh and flattering, and the styling left me feeling like I stepped out of a magazine shoot. Not only is Enza incredibly talented, but also warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She has a funny sign that says "I'm a beautician, not a magician" but I beg to differ! :-)

I recently discovered this wonderful salon. Having just moved back to Toronto, I was looking for a new stylist — and I honestly couldn’t have been more fortunate than to find GOA Salon, and more importantly, Eve. Eve is an exceptional stylist — truly an artist, and maybe even a bit of a magician when it comes to her craft. She takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and the result is always nothing short of perfection. I call her “Boss” 🙂 I just sit back, relax, and let her work her magic. I booked an appointment with Anissa for a balayage colouring treatment. She is so precise and determined to do a great job all the while being extremely personable and making the whole experience fun while maintaining a great sense of professionalism. I’m quite particular when it comes to my hair and don’t trust many people with it (and when searching for a good colourist and stylist, I’ve recently come up short), but I plan on booking with her every time—even if it means I have to wait a little longer, rather than booking with just anyone at any salon.

I have now had 2 exceptional experiences at Olenza! My colour refresh blended well with previous highlights and loved the hairstyling and I know it may sound silly but I loved the shampoo experience!

The staff was so kind and fun! I was a bit nervous since it was my first time getting my hair done in Toronto, but they dyed my hair very carefully and thoroughly. The price was also more affordable compared to other places. Thank you so much! I m leaving Toronto with great memories ! :)
