I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. She’s going to make a fantastic hairdresser.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sass n Co Cheltenham. Ree, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming, as was the other team member working on Saturday. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. We took the time to talk through what I wanted to achieve, and I really appreciated the care and attention that went into the entire process. The end result was amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you to the whole team, I’ll definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience with Lee today. I had a blowdry and curls which were done skilfully to last as my hair often falls after being blow-dried. I also have a beautiful daughter who is almost one and was not only kindly accommodated but also included and made feel comfortable the whole time.
