I have been coming here since 2022 and I loved my hair no matter what (colour, cut, style or updo). The vibes here are so good and authentic!! The owner is so sweet and caring! You truly get an individualised experience. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent experience! I’m so thankful to Alan. He is such an amazing and talented professional. He suggested the color and the highlights, his guidance was kind and very professional. I felt heard and understood. The look turned out incredible! My hair feels soft and healthy, the color looks amazing, the haircut was exactly what I wanted, I’m in love with the result! It was a complete makeover! The team at the salon was kind and warm, making the whole day a 5-star experience!

I had my haircut and colour done today at the newly opened Kroz Hair Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Kristy did a fantastic job with both my haircut and colour, and Sue assisted with my colour. They were both friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Their kindness and excellent service truly reflected their professionalism. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. I also appreciated the helpful advice on caring for my hair. I got the most wonderful haircut here! I wanted a fringe and bangs with layers and was nervous about getting them for the first time, but Alan completely understood my vision and made it come to life! He took the time to understand what I wanted in our consultation and did an amazing job with my hair. I also asked him to keep as much of the length of my hair as possible while creating layers, which was done perfectly! Will definitely be back 😊
