Rodel’s treatment was stellar and definitely got me reset and ready to do more workouts. I definitely would recommend Rodel if you need any massage treatments he works with such care and a variety of modalities.

I had an exceptional experience with Sore Muscles Solution Ltd. Rodel, the therapist, was highly skilled, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His understanding of anatomy is truly impressive. After receiving a therapeutic massage from him, I felt immediate relief from my lower back pain. The improvement was noticeable right away. I only wish I had discovered his services much sooner. After experiencing the benefits of his therapeutic approach, I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular relaxation massage. I highly recommend Rodel to anyone seeking effective& expert massage therapy.

Rodel is the best. I always feel brand new after every single session! He is thoughtful and intentional with his methods, and his friendliness, experience, and knowledge make him truly one of a kind. He’s my go to for all things massage and I can’t thank him enough for his expertise!

Sir Rodelle has been my massage therapist for a few years now. And he has provided exceptional service. I could not recommend him enough. I found his massage really therapeutic and not just a feel good massage.

Me and my wife just had a deep tissue massage with Rodel, and it was a fantastic experience. He focused on my back and shoulders, and I could really feel the difference right away. Rodel applied just the right amount of pressure—firm and effective, but still comfortable. He was able to target the tight spots and release a lot of built-up tension that I’ve been dealing with for a while. After the session, my back and shoulders felt much lighter, more relaxed, and noticeably less stiff. His technique, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Rodel.

Such a different way of massage from my previous experiences. Next time, I should have more than an hour for a whole body massage experience though.

I pulled my back last week and was in severe pain to the point where I could barely move. Since I was having trouble getting around, Rodel even came to my home for the treatment, which I truly appreciated. He worked his magic and significantly reduced my pain—not completely gone, but far more tolerable. I was able to go to work today and actually sit comfortably in my chair. Rodel is skilled, compassionate, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with acute or chronic pain.

My whole family see this therapist. I always feel relaxed after a massage here. I never get the exact same treatment because the masseur can tell where the body needs healing. It is definitely his superpower!
