I had a fantastic cut, colour and blow-dry today by Hair by Claire now based at Taylored in Loughton. Claire’s attention to detail during the cut was exceptional, and my blow-dry was perfect. The salon was immaculate. Highly recommend

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

Claire was amazing, took time to explain the colour options. My highlights look amazing! Very pleased.

Claire is so friendly and welcoming. She’s very knowledgeable about products and is able to give great advice, particularly for curly hair. Getting my hair coloured and cut by Claire is always such a great experience!!
