I found Alyssa on the internet as I was trying to find someone in Nanaimo who still does perms. I had never met her before but she listened carefully to what I wanted during our consultation and was very encouraging. The perm turned out better than I could have imagined. I am so happy with my hair! I decided to take my daughter to get her hair cut with Alyssa and once again, she listened to what she wanted and she is so happy with her hair :) We will be going back for all our hair needs!!! ❤️

This was my first service with Janelle. She was so lovely, funny and professional. Her home salon was clean and inviting. I will definitely be booking additional services with her again.

Helen is a very warm talented woman. I had my brows done, and at first was startled because of being fair haired and having nothing to wow… eyebrows. I went back for the second session and love them now! Trust the process, and I highly recommend her. I went with Ombré brows. Really improved my face.

Not only is Makenna an amazing stylist; she is a wonderful person. She listens and makes suggestions when it comes to your hair type so that you are on the same page with a decision. She is very confident and professional. I have been coming to Makenna now for at least 3 years and I always love what she does!! I recommend her to all of my friends and am so impressed by how great she is!

Wonderful experience! I had Nano Hairstrokes/ Nano Combo bows done on my aging bows that were looking sparse. I was nervous to do it, but I didn’t need to be. Helen did an amazing job.. I love my brows!!

What an absolutely wonderful experience it was to have my first appointment at Flutter eyes!! Kaylee was welcoming and professional and her space is exquisitely appointed with an extremely comfortable treatment bed, spacious and bright treatment room with a beautiful view and everything designed with intention!! The best part of my visit was afterwards when I looked at my lashes and realized that those were actually mine and not something artificial!!! I had no lashes and now I have great lashes!! I am completely hooked on Flutter Eyes and will be making regular appointments!!

Janelle made the whole experience so comfortable. Being pregnant, I really appreciated that she was patient, never rushed me, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Highly recommend her — 10/10!
