This is the first time visiting this salon and I have to tell you they met all of my needs. This place is amazing. I recommended to everyone guys and ladies I had a facial. I had a pedicure and a massage and it was well worth the money.

Rina was excellent. Foot massage was relaxing and she would check on the amount of pressure used.

It was great! I did the ASMR head massage and it was very relaxing, very ticklish. I got the hair wash too, so I got a shampoo, condition, and hair treatment/heat protection for when they blow dry your hair. They also straightened my hair for me at the end, which I haven’t had other head spa places do, and was a nice addition. Emma was very lovely, I would definitely go again :)

Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I like the way my nails turned out. I got the Gel-X nails snd one of the nails was applied slightly crooked. It wasn’t something that I noticed until I got home. I also was surprised I didn’t get a hand massage as on my last service here I did receive one. I think the main area for improvement was around handling gift certificates. The g/c was in my Fresha account so I thought it would be easy to apply, but it took almost 15 minutes for 3 people (including the owner) to figure out how to apply it towards my service.

Super kind, relaxing treatment and nice clean environment. She did my nails exactly how I asked and fast. Even got tea, a sweet and a massage after hahaha. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Mamassita Body Lounge! Fer was amazing!!!! She is my favorite because she is super knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I tried the metal therapy massage focusing on my abs, and I was genuinely impressed with how detailed and thorough the whole process was. I left feeling less bloated, more defined, and honestly just amazing overall. You can tell Fer really knows what she’s doing and takes her time instead of making the treatment feel rushed. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend for everyone :)

Wonderful relaxing experience. Beautiful spa. I’d walked five hours around Vancouver, Stanley Park, Gastown etc and was exhausted. Fast forward one hour of a reflexology massage and I was a new person. Thank you!
