I had an incredible experience at FV Beauty ! I came in with some persistent tension in my upper back, and the massage I received was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, and Flor was both attentive and highly skilled. She really focused on my problem area and worked out knots I didn’t even realize I had. I would have rated 'great' if I didn't wait for 40 minutes and felt the process really rushed. I understand that sometimes treatments can take a little longer than planned but and I did not mind the wait, but I felt my session was really rushed. I think it is not just the actual treatment that matters but also, how comfortable and relaxing the process is. I felt my beautician was a bit stressed and was juggling with a lot and that, made me feel anxious and rushed. The waxing treatment cost much more than in other beauty salons, therefore it really should be an excellent experience.
