Robyn has been my hairdresser for over 2 years and I will continue going to her. Sometimes I want a change to my usual cut and she makes suggestions to suit. Robyn knows her stuff about hairdressing in all aspects, from cut, colour, style and products.

Such an incredible experience from the moment you walk in the door ❣️

This was honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The space is so beautiful and I felt so relaxed from the moment I walked in. I cannot put into words how zen I feel post treatment. I highly highly highly recommend Ossian, I would visit weekly if I lived here! Xx

Absolutely great. So very relaxing definitely will have a treatment there again.

Robyn did not beat around the bush and try to give me a service I didn’t need! She knew exactly what my hair needed and took half the time of hairdressers I’ve been to in the past. She recommended products to prolong salon visits rather than try and rebook me in 6 weeks. Very professional and I’m very happy with my blonde.

I've been visiting Robyn's Salon @ 72 for over 2 years, I keep returning as Robyn listens to her clients and has a wonderful knowledge of hair and what best suits the person.

Definitely will be a permanent client! Robyn completely changed my hair, I've never been happier with a style cut. My hair was limp and straight, Now it has more body and oompft😁 really great advice of products aswell, wonderful de Lorenzo products😊 thank you robyn

From the very moment you walk in the experience begins - and it is truly just lovely. It is all the right amounts of everything. When I leave I am relaxed yet somehow also refreshed. Thank you for looking after me.

16‏/07‏/2026

Wonderful. Only complaint - Time goes way too quickly when at Ossain. I'll be back.

Appointment on time, Robyn is chatty, couteous, professional and she knows about hair, would recommend her. The salon is clean and welcoming.

Wow, what a beautiful facial and whole experience. The room, the treatment, the herbal tea & treat, everything was absolutely magnificent. Thank you so much Lyndsay for such a beautiful treatment, so relaxing. Do yourself a favour and book a treatment.
