All of the nail techs always do an amazing job!

It was my first time here. Zara was helpful in suggesting color options. However, I ended up bleeding badly on at least three nails, which is okay, given that it’s a dry manicure. But when I asked for her to apply something to stop the bleeding or provide Kleenex for it, she said they had nothing to stop the bleeding. One of my nails was shorter from a previous manicure gone wrong and I asked her not to file the length off of that nail, she did it anyway. Additionally, she couldn’t do any nail designs and advised me to book with another technician for even simple ones next time.
