I would like to thank Georgette, Rey, and Wendy for the great workouts. Rey, my body hurt for days after my session. Wendy, I could not sit down as my butt hurt so much. Georgette, my legs, I could not get up the stairs. I did not believe EMS would have been this intense. I am enjoying the progress. Thank you, guys!
