We will immediately review our current protocols and take corrective action: Enhancing Room Privacy: We will look into installing locks or effective signage on treatment room doors to ensure client privacy. Also We will reinforce the importance of respecting client space by emphasizing the necessity of knocking before entering any occupied room.
