I got the 60 minute scrub/massage + hot feet add-on. But they only did the scrub for 50 minutes. There was no massage or oil afterwards (contradicts the service description). And they didn’t do the hot feet add-on I booked.

Fantastic— in NYC for 48 hrs and decided to try body trimming for first time at a spa. Sime was meticulous and made me comfortable throughout. May have to book another appointment before I fly out tomorrow and visit NY regularly just services at AlexSpot.

my experience was fantastic. Unfortunately I was 20 minutes late for my appointment because of traffic so my Massage had to be cut short but my waxing with jay was excellent. It always hurts, but he’s so handsome. It kind of hurting in a good way.
