Shannie is excellent through and through everytime.

Service was great, but a late few that is 33% of the service is completely unreasonable. This is a sure fire way to ensure customers don't return. What is frustrating for me is that i called Shannie to advise and was willing to amend my service to do less and then I'm still charged a whopping 35% late fee! If you must do this, then make it a percentage of the service not a flat fee. Only because of my loyalty to Shannie will I return. Also where have you notified customers of this fee???
