Serene was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciated her gentle approach to microneedling and the fact she didn't rush the treatment. It's also the first time I've had microneedling and walked out without super inflamed skin because she did a great job cooling my face down with a mask. Be sure to book sessions with her - you won't be disappointed!
