This was my second session with Sarah, I really like her technique, strength and energy! The body and leg massage was just what I needed, and the Reiki was uplifting and sent me to cloud nine! Thank you, Sarah. Highly recommended!

Book in for a 40 minute Reiki treatment, an energy healing technique designed to promote deep relaxation and alleviate stress and anxiety. Through gentle touch, this holistic approach aims to restore balance and harmony within the body, enhancing overall wellbeing. This session ends with Crystal singing bowls to help bring an extra layer of relaxation.

An Indian head massage focuses on the shoulders, neck, face, scalp, arms and hands. This treatment will help  to remove any tension, balance charkas and bring a sense of overall wellness.

Children's Foot Reflexology - a calming 40 minute session designed to alleviate anxiety and promote relaxation.  This service helps children find peace and comfort through gentle foot reflexology techniques. Parents must remain present throughout the treatment. Must have parental consent. 
(Ages 10 - 18)

Children's Foot Reflexology

Through precise touches of the feet, the nervous system begins to soften, circulation improves and the whole body begins to work with more harmony. Many people feel calmer, lighter and more grounded after just one session. I use a mixture of lymphatic drainage techniques, relaxation massage and pressure points to calm the nervous system and bring balance to the body.
