I have never felt lighter after a massage! Sara incorporated many techniques that I had never experienced before but felt necessary once she did them. In fact, we released an issue with my hip that I thought was a permanent fixture for the rest of my life. She truly knows how to heal in a way that is grounding, peaceful, and caring all at once.
