She used her hand to check the natural shape of my head in a way that made me feel like I was back at my tailor's getting another bespoke 3-piece suit made. Every snip is intentional & precise. Her expertise is clear from the questions she asks & the comments she makes. She told me very specific things about how my hair tends to fall, the cowlick at the nape of my neck & how to wield it to the sit the way I'd like it to. She also washed & gave me a styling masterclass after the cut - something many stylists skip. <3
