I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist made green tea for me, which I also enjoyed! I love my nails too! The nail tech did a decent job; however, I didn't really like her aura. I expected her to talk more respectfully and have a better mood. She acted like she was doing me a favour by doing my nails and used a commanding tone rather than politely telling me what to do, as supposed to the last guy nail tech who did my nails, very polite and had a cheerful attitude, which i really appreciated.

Thank you very much ma'am for your very honest review. it means alot to us. However, we want to specially apologise for the behaviour of our staff. we would handle this as it doesnt represent the excellence the company stands for. we also promise it wont happen again.
