Olivia took loads of time in my initial consultation to explain everything and make great suggestions based on what I did and did not. It made me make an appointment ASAP! - During my actual hair appointment with her, (after 12 yrs at another salon it) - it made me realise how poor the service for me had been at the other place. Yes it costs a lot more but it was 100% worth it for the 1-1 care and attention, how good it looks, and how gentle she was with my hair all along. Thank you soooo much Olivia. :)

I honestly can’t explain how happy I am with my hair! The whole process with Morgelyn has been amazing. From liaising with Boo over email, who really understood me and was great at coming back to me; to booking in with Olivia and the service she provided. I hadn’t had my hair coloured for over 5 years and really wanted a pick me up but was really apprehensive after it being some time since. Olivia knew exactly what she was doing and was super kind the whole way. I love the colour and the cut and I’m so grateful to have found a great hairdresser who I will be booking in with again! Thank you x
