What an amazing place!!! Najia showed me around and went through the different treatments they offer and benefits of each one. The rooms and facilities are first class, and I left feeling really relaxed and great! Would def recommend the Cyro SubZero to everyone. Thanks for a great experience!

Amazing! Najia was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and safe. My 2.5hrs at the centre were very healing for my general wellbeing. Ill be returning for some specific targeted treatment for a chronic injury and hopefully more of that syoithing ginger tea

Today I had the most incredible experience with Dr Najia at Cryo SubZero. After consultation we decided the best option for me to try first was the Cryotherapy chamber. I was a little apprehensive at first as I don’t really like feeling cold-but I was truly amazed by this treatment. I felt so alive afterwards! My skin felt all tingly and tight and my brain fog was alleviated. I will absolutely do this again and try other therapies next time! The facility is incredible! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
