Her technique is gentle yet very effective, and I felt noticeably lighter and more relaxed afterwards. Michelle provided an outstanding back, neck and shoulder massage from start to finish. She was professional, attentive and created a very relaxing environment throughout the treatment. Her technique was excellent, with just the right amount of pressure, and she clearly understood how to target areas of tension effectively.
