She corrupted me with information on each process and facial and we discussed what was best for me. Not only is she so informative on everything she is very comforting and feels like you’re with your best friend. Best service ever received and not only because it was my first facial but because she has a passion. Definitely won’t forget Mel!

Today was my first time visiting Melissa. She is great and made me feel reassured. I got Botox and I couldn't even feel it. She even gave me a thank you bag which I thought it was very sweet.

Did a PRP under eyes with Melissa. She was very acknowledging and understanding with me. She told me step by step how the process was going to go in detail. Did her very best to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely would recommended anyone to go see Melissa. She’s the best! She even gave a goody bag with sweets, an aftercare leaflet and a discount voucher.
