Mark was very friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable and explained the individual results from the body scan in depth and simply so we would understand what they meant . He explained and shown how the gym operates and the use of all the machines . We both enjoyed the induction, found it very interesting and helpful. It gave us the information and the confidence to use the gym and work on improving our health and fitness .
