Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia using slower, more targeted techniques to help ease persistent tension and stiffness. Pressure is applied in a controlled, considered way to support improved movement and comfort where areas feel particularly tight or restricted.

This treatment is well suited to ongoing muscle tension, postural strain, repetitive loading or areas with reduced mobility. Pressure is always adapted to your tolerance to ensure the session remains safe, effective and appropriate for your body.

Deep Tissue Massage aims to support muscle relaxation, circulation and flexibility, leaving you feeling looser, more comfortable and better balanced.

This is a massage-led treatment and does not include injury assessment, gait analysis, kinesiology taping, dry needling or electrotherapy. Please book the appropriate appointment if these are required.

Using gentle, rhythmic pressure, reflexology aims to encourage relaxation and support the body’s natural balance. The treatment is deeply calming and is often chosen during times of stress, fatigue or emotional overload.

Suitable for all ages, reflexology supports both physical and emotional wellbeing by helping to reduce tension, promote relaxation and encourage a sense of calm. Many clients find it beneficial for easing stress, supporting sleep and enhancing overall feelings of balance and wellbeing, leaving them feeling relaxed, grounded and refreshed.


Reflexology 60 Minutes

Sports Massage involves hands-on treatment of soft tissues including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. It is suitable for active individuals as well as those experiencing work-related aches, postural strain or general muscle tension.

This treatment helps address soft tissue tightness and imbalances associated with training load, repetitive activity, posture or everyday stress, supporting recovery, movement and ongoing physical function.

A combination of massage techniques and gentle stretching may be used to reduce muscle tension, ease soreness and restore comfortable movement.

This session does not include injury assessment, gait analysis, kinesiology taping, dry needling or electrotherapy. Please book the appropriate appointment if these are required.

Sports Massage Only 90 Minutes

This session includes a full consultation and assessment, followed by treatment tailored to your individual needs. It is suitable for chronic or recurring pain, injuries, movement restrictions, postural imbalances, and more complex rehabilitation cases.

An intrinsic biomechanics assessment is included to identify not just where pain is coming from, but why it may be recurring or failing to fully resolve. By assessing how your body moves, loads, and compensates, treatment can be more targeted and effective.

Treatment may include movement and joint testing, gait analysis, strapping or taping, pain-relief techniques, electrotherapy, IASTM, cupping, joint or soft tissue mobilisation, and advanced massage techniques. You will also receive a personalised rehabilitation plan to support recovery, restore function, and reduce recurrence. 

Pricing reflects both in-clinic treatment time and time spent outside the session on assessment review, planning, and programme creation.

Pain/Injury Consultation, Assessment & Treatment

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage the movement of lymph fluid. It can help reduce swelling and fluid retention (oedema), ease pain and heaviness, improve scar tissue mobility, support post-surgical recovery, and promote deep relaxation. MLD may also help relieve sinus congestion, headaches, stress, arthritis-related discomfort, and general aches.

This light, non-invasive treatment can be used as a standalone therapy or as part of rehabilitation or oncology support, where appropriate.

Important information:
MLD is generally very safe. Please contact me before booking if you have diabetes, epilepsy, thyroid or kidney conditions. MLD is not suitable for acute infection, active thrombosis, uncontrolled heart conditions, or malignant tumours.
