Mandy was extremely professional, she guided my daughter through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. This is my daughter’s 2nd piercing at the establishment, and we are not going anywhere else! Well done team!

I consulted with Mandy on piercings I got elsewhere. One was migrating. She was so kind, sweet and resolved the issue without any pain. I appreciated that she also gave me tips to prevent the problem in future. I was worried about the fact I didn't do the piercing there but she was happy to help regardless.
